缺啥装啥（apt install/yum install/brew install/etc.）。
这个不是 Python 项目，只是转格式/测试的时候需要 Python，所以用不用 Anaconda 区别不大。

My experience here since 03/2024 has clearly demonstrated one thing:

* The first time I was blocked was related to a Chinese programmer.

* The second time I might-be blocked is still related to a Chinese programmer.

As a collaborator in this tech community, your behaviour can clearly verified again what I said many weeks ago after 05/27/2025, obviously, you are not a qualified collaborator here although you have good tech skill and English skill and even you are comes from a very hot Chinese company.

My points are always:

• The developers and experts here come from all over the world and English is the recognized common language of communication while Chinese language is not.
• We should respect each other and this is the default rule.
• If you like use Chinese language in this place, you can play in gitee rather than this place.
• This matter has nothing about "patriotism/anti-China/anti-xxx" or other things. but obviously they were too sensitive. I'm a Chinese programmer I know the root-cause of why they were too sensitive.

• Disallow hard-fork other's original PR unless the hard-forked PR with real breakthrough progress can be approved in less than week
• To facilitate clear and effective communication, all discussions, comments, documentation, and PRs in this project should be conducted in English, this ensures that all contributors can participate and collaborate effectively.

As a Chinese programmer, I always think these rules are the default rules and common sense and we should respect the rule-based order accordingly. Unfortunately, my experience in this tech community since 03/2024 and what happened today undoubtedly verified what I said many weeks ago and this tech community should make some special rules for some unruly Chinese programmers and these rules are nothing about "anti-China" or other things.
