Why does project ollama have more Github stars than project llama.cpp?

recently I found there is a very hot project: https://github.com/ollama/ollama

as well known: the project llama.cpp is a pure C/C++ edge-inference framework/engine and widely used in many many projects, it seems that llama.cpp is also the key-part of project ollama.

I personally think project llama.cpp deserves 150+k Github stars.

so my question is:

• I don't understand why does project ollama have more Github stars than it's fundamental/rockbase project llama.cpp? is this a fair/normal phenomenon in the open source community?
• can we improve the llama-server accordingly because llama-server is a light-weight AI-assisted tool.
