Building ggml on M1

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to ggml and I have some newbie question here.

I was trying to build ggml on my MacBook Air M1 (2020), and I keep getting this compatibility error.

Long story short, I was able to build it however I had to downgrade tensorflow, keras, and pytorch.

Does anybody know what the issue is here? It just doesn't make sense to me that I have to do all this downgrading to run it on my mac..
