Allowing "Annotation Frame Step Forwards/Backwards" to loop + an Annotation "bookmark" hotkey

Hi right now the "Annotation Frame Step Forwards/Backwards" works well, but could we have it so that when it reaches near the start or end of the annotations, it can loop back to the start when we press the key again? This will be very useful for when I'm doing studies of animation cycles/loops.

Additionally, could we have a feature that can add an "annotation" bookmark with a press of a single key? Sometimes I want to "bookmark" a frame for reference (such as when doing studies) but dont necessarily want to put any annotations on it
