Safari shows "A problem repeatedly occurred with [URL]" on loading Dashboards #96797

Steps to Reproduce
Reported via ZD ticket and reproduced in my org. In Safari, navigating to the Dashboards page and through the page results in a browser error:
It doesn't always happen immediately, you need to click around the dashboard, and after a few interactions/ requests, it fails and crashes the page.
