[REFACTOR] Unify premium "contact us" banner

Many part of the app uses the same pattern: a grey square with a contact us button.

We can probably unify usages.

Tips to catch some: they share this translation in the button `text_65ae73ebe3a66bec2b91d72d`

You can notice some have a button and other a button link component. With the copy that's probably the only big difference.
