{feature request} Memo text node

Hi Gert

I know your moving away from Velbus, but I was wondering if you could work your node red magic just once more and create a node to handle the memo text command to Oled panels.

I really have tried to use the raw packet mode and a function node, but I just don't have the skills.

Hopefully Gert will find the courage and necessary free time to brew these bits together...

Otherwise I could try to throw some raw bytes in a function, depending on your needs.
Not really your question answered but it could maybe be a (spinoff) solution.

I thought I could manage it, but I failed as soon as I tried to convert the string characters into Hex, let alone breaking long strings into separate messages and assigning characters to their correct place.

If you have time and enough curiosity, I'd be very grateful.

There isn't any rush, it can be achieve via openHAB / OpenRemote / Control4 / HomeAssistant currently, I'm just trying to make it easier for anyone to use Velbus with whichever platform they want.
