[iso parsing] combine srv:connectpoint with srv:servicetype

on typical service metadata, there is often no digital-transfer-options element, instead a connectpoint, which is properly managed by owslib

however the connectpoint does not provide type metadata on the endpoint

this information is typically stored in separate element srv:servicetype

suggestion would be to use srv:servicetype in case service url is extracted from srv:connectpoint
