Geode on iOS?

I was recently watching a DDOGD video and I saw a person who was playing on iOS. He beat a level went to his home screen and on the home screen was a geode app. To confirm this wasn't a shortcut with a geode picture, he had a texture pack for the game.
So I am just asking how this is possible at all.

That's Google Pixel, not iPhone.

The second image doesn't show any iPhone screen.
In fact, the video doesn't show any iPhone with Geode installed.
Also you can't install Geode on iOS. And, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there will not be an official iOS version of Geode.
