Are all pipeline-specific files available in the reference file repo?

	## Pipeline specific files
	These are design files and other pipeline specific only available to download from the Uppsala Owncloud solution.

The documentation states that these files are hosted on the Uppsala OwnCloud instance, but these files are all available from the Twist_Solid_pipeline_files repo, if I'm not mistaken. If so, we should update the documentation.
