Chebi describing lipoproteins don't appear in the VPE #153

Hi, we have observed that lipoproteins are not displayed in the models even if the Chebi is suggested in the small molecule unit:
When we finish updating the small molecule unit and come back to the model this unit does not appear in the VPE...
Maybe because is due to the fact that it is a chebi describing a peptide. In any case, for us, it make sense to have it in the chebi list, since we are mainly annotating it as a small molecule and not as a gene product, and we would like to see it in our models.
in this example, oxidized LDL should be the ligand of CD36.
