Output visible in the Alliance pathway preview not displayed in the VPE #151
Description
Hi, I found a couple of models where an activity has some gene/chemical annotated as 'has_output' in the Alliance pathway preview, but these annotations are not displayed by the VPE.
Here is an example with a gene output (bpl1 has_output pyr1 in the preview, but not visible in the VPE)
And here with a chemical (fmt1 has_output fMet-tRNA in the preview, but not in the VPE)
