Give response to walletSwitchEthereumChain #203
Description
After connecting to https://app.rango.exchange/bridge the app sends request with the method walletSwitchEthereumChain. Make sure the Android app handle this request correctly. If the app returns an invalid or unexpected response, the dApp will resend the request.
