want to install another linux os

To whom it may concern, I am a total newbie, but I installed gecko kde plasma rolling then did an update and it stopped working at login screen. I tried to install another stable linux os but it seem now my computer cant find my usb and the file system is locked. I bricked my computer with this and just want to go another way. Please help

Hi there, you would need to Google for what key(s) need to be pressed to bring up the boot devices menu on your particular model of computer. You would also need to use something like https://etcher.balena.io to correctly write the Linux distro that you want to install to the USB drive.

thank you for your help... i had to change the secure boot option and get a good copy of an iso. I loved your gecko linux stable version it was very fast looked beautiful and a wealth of options. But I understand that things have changed up the pipeline and that is no longer an option. I am not used to having rolling releases and thought i would try it. I hear so much about the arch guys. perhaps I'll try your spiral linux line. thanks again.
