Dolphin ignores my theme

Is there a way to force dolphin to theme? I set the theme globally, plasma, and color. Dolphin seems to be the only thing that doesn’t seem to adhere to theme.

The file view button that is selected in the toolbar has this 90’s/00’s glass blue look as well as the storage bar on the bottom.

Hmm, that's kind of strange. Did you try logging out and logging back in? Does it adhere to other themes that you've tried? I assume these are themes installed via the Plasma "Get new themes" mechanism? Thanks a lot, take care.

I was able to get it to go through Kvantum Manager but... I have a new problem.

I tried to change the Konsole theme and it wouldn’t let me do it to the root user so I created a new profile. But, every time I open the app I’m hit with a password check and I get a dbus-launch error similar to this afterwards.

dbus-launch --autolaunch= ... --binary-syntax --close-stderr':
Child process exited with code 1

Can’t find a solution online. Rebooting doesn’t fix it either. Do you know what I can do? I might have to reinstall the whole thing but I just about got things to where I like it so trying to avoid it.

I reinstalled and all is good! Been using it and like what I see. Thanks.

Glad it worked! Next time you could probably just delete the config file for Konsole to restore its defaults.
