is there a way to have "completion" on custom search?

refer to subject line, but is there a way to define a custom function that interfaces with a google search api and grabs completion data for a search term and displays results in omnibar?

just realized that it is in https://github.com/philc/vimium/wiki/Search-Completion but am curious how to go about getting it to work through vimium-c (or what flag to enable?) as i dont have access to it and that would really help my work flow.
