Suggestion: Support addon-info.json for dependencies

Since oh-my-vim resolves dependencies, it would be great if it it supported the same addon-info file as vim-addon-manager. That way plugin authors can provide their own dependency information and they do it in a single format (making them more likely to actually use it).

Here's an example addon-info file for snipmate.
