Cron showing Wrong Time

I am running Backrest on in Docker on Ubuntu Server. TX is set to America/New York in compose. The Clock for Schedule is set to Local.
When I set the Cron for "Every day at 6 : 55, the backup shows (and runs at) 2:55 AM. Do I have my time set incorrectly some where?

i have the same problem, mine is off by 3 hours.
