Bug: Fails on update/delete when ECR registry has already been deleted or created #26
Description
- If ECR registry has already been created, and then added to the list of build names in cloudformation parameters, fail silently and continue
- If the ECR registry has already been deleted, ignore the "Not found" error on delete / update when removing the build name from the list or deleting the stack
