Reposition overlays with playspace on Space Reset

Currently when dragging your playspace around, the overlays move along with it, which is very convenient.
However, when resetting your playspace offset, the overlays seem to stay in their current world position, making it hard to relocate them after moving yourself.

I've implemented a local patch that partially addresses this issue by updating the reset_offset function as shown below:

However this patch fails when space drag/rotate is interrupted by a manual reset.

Do also note that the reset_offset function now requires an added parameter, that being the OverlayContainer object.
Luckily this extra parameter can be added in all of this functions references quite easily
