Request: Quast need more run time

Hello,

the tool Quast always terminated the job since the runtime is higher then the allowed time for this tool. It would be greate if Quast will get more run time such that the tool can finish.

Do you have runtime from a successful job on EU so I can get an idea of how long this will run?

Also if this is for GTA I'm not sure how students will be able to complete training if it takes more than 36 hours to run.

its not super urgend, we provide the quast output to continue ... we should work on making this quicker in the future ... @SantaMcCloud can you give us the time it needed on EU

Like Paul said it it not urgend but it might be better overall since it can be better for people outside of the GTA using this Tutorial.
