Update labs layout to not display table content by default

As labs get more content, with more tables, it would be more user friendly for the tables to be collapsable / extendable with a click (like the content of the table is already!).

For example, for https://microbiology.usegalaxy.eu/, the 7 tables are : getting started, Microbial isolates, microbiome, Community curated tools, community workflows, Support & Help, Community

And by default, table should be collapsed, so that users don't have to scroll down all the way to the bottom of the page.

If someone (@neoformit maybe?) points me to the file to modify, I can try to modify the code, but I couldn't locate the correct file.

Thanks @scorreard . The problem here is navigation right? Users should be able to navigate long pages more easily. Collapsing all the content is one way to achieve this, but it might not be the nicest approach as the page is already very layered.

Some alternative suggestions (one or both of):

1. Floating content menu (follows you down the page)
2. Fixed contents menu at the top of the page

(They would look prettier in real life)

Thanks for the reply, and yes, it's a naviguation issue. I think the menu is a great alternative!
Both look fine, if one is easier to implement, we coud go with that one?

The fixed one may be more obvious when they land on the page, but the floating one more useful if they want to check several sections, I don't have a preference.
