The training section of the website returns 404 error

I though that the issue was caused because the file 'all/tutorials.tsv' was absent, but now the file exist and the 404 is still there.
Interestingly, only microgalaxy codex is displaying this table, the other communities also display a 404 even though the files exists and seem ok.

It required relaunching the GitHub action called "Deploy static content to Pages"

The new links are as follow for all tools and tuto:

@bebatut do we want to move the index.html files one folder up to have shorter links?
