Visualizations created from new Dataset Display View fail to open in Window Manger

Describe the bug
When attempting to open a visualization in the Window Manger through the new dataset display component, the window manager content displays the Galaxy User Interface instead.

Should require a minor fix to prevent the eye icon from opening the component in the window manager.

Galaxy Version and/or server at which you observed the bug
Galaxy Version: 25.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable the window manager
2. Click on the eye-icon of a history dataset
3. Click on the Visualize tab
4. See error
