manifest not found, cursor keeps loading #124

manifest and userlist cannot be found

*Description of Issue
manifest and userlist cannot be found coming in two separate dialogue boxes. after clicking 'ok button' in each dialogue box, resetter window appears, but after clicking on 'automatic install' or custom install the cursor keeps loading but never starts.
