HTTPS badges #15
Description
https://ga4gh.github.io/tool-registry-service-schemas/Validator/ looks like at some point it changed to querying HTTPS version of http://142.1.177.188:8080/trs/validator?url=https://staging.dockstore.org:8443 instead. Currently, that server doesn't support HTTPS so the badges will not appear
