Slow running the build_runner step during generate

Hey, I bumped up some crates' versions and redoing the generate, however it is taking so long during the polish/build_runner step, any idea on how to debug the issue?

Before bumping the versions, I think it consistently takes 300-500 seconds.

hmm, I think the build_runner is still running in the void whenever the issue happens, I must kill the process manually to release the compute resources.

@fzyzcjy well the well-known reset button which in this case just rm -rf and git clone fix it lol
