CLI with support for more lighting modes

I've been searching for a complete RGB solution for PH16-71 for a couple of months now. Your work on this problem has been extremely helpful.
Since rgbkb does not have complete CLI support for all the other lighting modes besides static white light, I took it upon myself to implement those modes. Please note that this was done entirely using ChatGPT since I didn't feel confident in my Python skills to implement this on my own.
I don't want to create a pull request for this modification, as I don't feel that this LLM-generated code should be included in a project that required so much effort on your part.
But please feel free to use this however you like. I hope this proves helpful for others like me who have been looking for RGB keyboard support for PH16-71.
