Tasks for a Bookworm release

This is a summary of tasks that must/should be solved for a Bookworm release:

• Use Waveshare's Github repository for display drivers #38
• Waveshare 3.2" Display does not work (3.5" A and 3.5" B V2 works)
• Check if nmcli radio wifi on causes hiccups when rebooting and logging back into Wi-Fi
• Qt5 virt. keyboard, see also Drop support for Stretch and Buster #70

Less important/no showstopper

• Fix noVNC #73 (VNC works if Use Waveshare's Github repository for display drivers #38 is solved, but noVNC doesn't work)

• Replace ntpdate, c.f. https://packages.debian.org/en/bookworm/ntpdate
• Screenshot tool does not work

Check if nmcli radio wifi on causes hiccups when rebooting and logging back into Wi-Fi

It seems to be working without any problems. The fact that the Pi didn't register with the Wi-Fi again after the change was probably just a coincidence.

Removed it in ce7cf9f

Even if the command is not critical, in my opinion it does not help, since the connection should already be configured via rpi-imager
