After adding all artists to an empty db and changing to the rounds table and adding a new round, a click on the plus icon next to the not yet confirmed round causes all artists to be inserted in the rounds table. Reason unknown.

This seems to be a bug in lowdb-api, lowdb or lodash: rmariuzzo/lowdb-api#5

Workaround has been implemented in fork of lowd-api: 314f0d9
