Critical Error Regarding videoencoder.cpp when Rendering.

I am using the Friction 1.0.0-rc.2 .appimage for the first time. I created a simple animation of a .png at 100% brightness in raster effects, changing in opacity. When I try to render, I get this critical error, and nothing is exported:

  Generic error in an external library
 1) 160  :  videoencoder.cpp  :  openVideo()
  Could not open codec
 0) 581  :  videoencoder.cpp  :  startEncodingNow()
  Error opening video stream

I made a pretty simple animation, and haven't modified the appimage outside of downloading it to my desktop folder, so I do not know why I get this error.

Sorry for the delay. Could you provide some additional information?

• Linux distro
• Render settings (container and codec)
• Are the destination folder writable?
• Any steps I need to reproduce the issue
