Parent influence controls not working.

Hi - I tested this out with the Production release (v0.9.6.1) and RC2, AppImage on Linux Mint.

The influence controllers for the Parent Effect have no effect. I can change the values, but the influence the parent has on the object / path remains the same.

Yes, the parent effect ignores controls, as seen in the code: https://github.com/friction2d/friction/blob/main/src/core/TransformEffects/parenteffect.cpp

Yes. That's the expected behavior, for the most part.

I tested the test build, it works - although the position influence is odd, but I suppose that that's how the parent function currently works.

If the X & Y position influence of the parent is reduced to zero, the Object gets an offset.
This behavior is similar to what happens if the Parent effect is deleted while having an active target. The Object gets an offset - whereas if the target is set to none before deleting the Parent effect, no offset is created.

With that said, at least it now works. Thank you for addressing the issue.
