Add a List of Custom Labels for Pipelines with Descriptions

We need to create and document a comprehensive list of customLabels for the pipelines, detailing what each label represents and its specific functionality. This will help ensure better understanding and usage of the pipelines across the team.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. A markdown file (e.g., customLabels.md) should be added to the repository documenting:
   • The name of each custom label.
   • A clear description of what the label does.
   • Examples of how and when to use each label (where applicable).
2. Ensure the documentation is easy to read and understand.
3. Validate that the list covers all currently used custom labels in the pipelines.

Additional Notes:

• Collaborate with the team to gather input on existing custom labels.
• Consider adding a table format or a structured layout for clarity.

This addition will enhance the usability and maintainability of the pipeline documentation.
