Configure download URLs

Is there a way currently, or it is feasible to add, a configuration method to set the path for accessing external resources?
I work at a company where all of our dependency download go through Artifactory, and I would like to be able to tell Freelens a specific Artifactory path for downloading kubectl versions. Presently, the cdn.dl.k8s.io paths are blocked.
