Looks like Debian 12 is still supported in Qubes 4.3 after all:

Presumably, the same also applies to Fedora 41. Fixed in the web version of the announcement.

Previously it said somewhere that debian 12 wouldn't be supported in Qubes 4.3. So we don't necessarily need to do Qubes + Debian upgrades at the same time or debian 12 first.
