Guidance needed for a project

Hi everyone,
I am a beginner in the world of DAQ,PLC, Fuxa.., so some guidances would be very helpful!

So at the moment I have a Rapsberry Pi-based DAQ system recording data (mainly meteo) in a place without internet connection.
A Python script stores the data and send them to me once I make a Wifi hotspot with my phone.
We will install an internet connection there, so I would like to upgrade my system to:

1. store the data to make it accessible from anywhere
2. be able to access the data at any time through a dashboard with real time values and probably some plots of the last 24h.

So I would like to give Fuxa a try, but I do not know how to pratically do it.
Where should I store the data so that Fuxa can use them?
Can I make Fuxa works on the Raspberry Pi 5 I got?
Is there anything else I will need?
