Can you stop spamming my %appdata%?

The demo programs will spam my %appdata% with multiple directories derived from the Demo program's name. This is an unwanted behavior to me. You can make a nappgui directory in %appdata% and put all of them here instead.

That's not possible, as each app has its own configuration data. The %appdata% directory was created for that purpose. It stores app-specific data.
