Fuel efficiency and emissions dashboard

I own a Ford Fiesta 2013 (UK), and I want to get more insight into fuel efficiency.

Describe the solution you'd like
A dashboard similar to DashCommand for fuel efficiency that displays MPG between set intervals.

I don't have much experience with the ODB / ELM standard, and I'm based in the UK so this information would be restricted to that. I would be interested in contributing this feature if it is possible for EU / UK cars, but I figured I'd make an issue and ask.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As mentioned, DashCommand, but its a closed-sourced subscription app that has recently had issues.

imo this would probably be best suited as a plugin application, I like that andrOBD remains a simple app to get sensor data and error codes reducing the changes of bugs.

the plugin would be like the mqtt publisher one, you would start andrOBD have it running in the background then opin this plugin it would take the relevant sensor data then display your mpg dashboard
