Originally, the Basic version didn’t have pattern support. Therefore, it didn’t have "Proxy by Patterns" option. Since the unification of the code in v8, both the Standard & Basic version have identical code. However, the Basic version hides the pattern related UI. Settings can be shared between Standard & Basic, or Chrome and Firefox in v8+. |
