V12-compatible health and power

hi,
i'm new here and i'm not used to updating existing files. so i'm going to do it here.

correction of a problem of taken into account of the resources (health and power) on the token:
module.zip

normally just drag and drop the files in the zip into “systems\worldbuilding\module”.
(be sure to move old files to another folder).

hoping that other devs, more talented than me, will take over the module and update it. :(
