Consider an Option to Disable the "Manual Input" Option for All Players #29

I largely trust my players but I still feel somewhat uncomfortable enabling this module because I don't want to start worrying about players fudging dice. I can probably get over this feeling since I pretty much trust my players. However this is probably a more important feature for Paid GMs who might want to give their players the option to use a fancy bluetooth dice but not to just manually input whatever they want to roll at the moment.
For this reason, I think a useful addition to this module would be a GM-only setting to disable the "Manual Input" option for all players. While disabling the module entirely would be even more resistant to fudging this is by far and away the most obvious abuse possible. While a bluetooth dice could be thrown to hit the right spot you can at least sort of trust them. In general it might be nice to have an obvious icon for what source the roll came from but this might be difficult to get right because of a variety of systems and modules.
