[Bug] Dice disconnect on refresh

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Pixels configuration screen
2. Press "Add Pixel Dice"
3. Pair with a Pixel Dice
4. Make a test roll to confirm the pairing has been successful
5. Refresh your browser
6. Note that the dice blinks blue, indicating a bluetooth disconnect
7. when the screen finishes refreshing, note the error message: "Some previously-configured Pixels dice were not able to automatically re-connect, and must be reconfigured."
8. Note that the dice is now listed as disconnected
9. Make a test roll to confirm that the dice is disconnected.Foundry Version: 12.343
