Add shot capacity when reload property is checked, reload activity to reload weapons #6203

  • Weapons with the "Reload" property should be able to specify how many shots they can hold
  • Reloading can either be 1-1 (1 bullet loaded => 1 shot available) or 1-full (1 energy cell loaded => all shots available)
    • Not sure if this should be an option on weapons or ammunition, but leaning towards ammunition
  • Attacking with weapon with reload no longer shows ammunition prompt in attack dialog (or shows only "Loaded Ammunition 2/6" and blank options)
  • Weapons with the "Reload" property should get a synthetic, non-configurable "Reload" activity
    • Would prompt for ammunition item to load from and how many shots to load (if using 1-1 reload method)
    • When reloaded, ammunition quantity is consumed from sheet and shots available is increased on weapon
    • Copy of ammunition data is stored on weapon in case original ammunition item is fully consumed and no longer available
    • If already contains different ammunition, option to unload existing ammo?
