Fix Refresh button and add info

1. The "Full/Quick Refresh button text is not centered. It should also have the same height as the "Transfer" button.
2. Add an (i) symbol behind the button. If the user taps on it show an info pop up and describe what the refresh button does and what is the difference between full and quick refresh.
