Select Display Screen: Add custom size option

On the image screen add an option "Custom" similarly to the Arduino option. When the user presses it open a screen with the option to choose supported

• Custom screen size
• Display driver or SDK
• Add color

Thanks! I harvest screens from "trash"-devices and to be able to use any screen that fit electrically is the way to go!
