The toolchain link from MounRiver has been changed

The CI build is failing because the MounRiver needs some sort of token in order to download the toolchain.

Is there some specific reason why you have chosen MounRiver for the WCH projects? Its nice to see you just use a small fraction of the binary files and not even install the toolchain/IDE. Just download files and copy things over and use make to build.

I have compiled with the latest MounRiver binary the badgemagic firmware.
You do not need any token or anything else like that to download the latest binary part that is needed to build the badgemagic firmware.

Just go to https://www.mounriver.com , download section, press Linux and press the blue .tar.xz button.
These days (it would change anytime soon) you get a archive named MounRiverStudio_Linux_X64_V220 . In there you have the directory structure containing the same ...GCC/bin/riscv-none-embed... and its compiling fine. Because the directory path naming contain some " " instead of "_" i used a symlink to not have to deal in the badgemagic build with those" ".
