Add storage number slot into saved badges screen

The saved badges screen shows saved badge designs and sizes. The goal is to transfer the specific badge designs to a dedicated slot. Up to 8 slots are available on a badge.

Implement the following:

1. Add a menu with the badge sizes: Small, Large, XLarge
2. Clicking on each menu item should show the badges with the 8 storage slots.
3. Any additional badge designs go below the 8 slots, but they cannot be transferred.
4. Among the 8 slots it should be possible to move the badge designs up and down using drag and drop.
