Plugins for tool chain #660

Hi,

I have installed GNU tool-chain from arc_gnu_2024.12-rc1_ide_win_install.exe for ARC.

Following this link: https://foss-for-synopsys-dwc-arc-processors.github.io/toolchain/ide/installation.html#updating-existing-plugin.

Link for updating plugins are missing, can you please provide the link?
