Description
- Investigate the 182 LD tests failing in the nightly
- Fix all 12 LD tests failing when building a stand-alone binutils.
- Implement IFUNC
- Add/cleanup assembler relaxation for address scaling etc.
- Improve linker relaxation
- Upstream linker relaxation
- Bring together both ARC64 and ARC backends.
- Improve testing.
