how can dynamically resize FResizable and its children to be the same heigth as the parent container?

I tried using layout builder, but not only does resizing the windows become a bit laggier, it also resets the initialExtent.
Is there a better approach?

It's resetting the resizable because the constraints change when the window changes. I think the first thing that needs to be established is how should the resizable regions react to changes in their constraints?. If they should remain the same size, how would the remaining empty space be filled?

Is it possible to replicate something like how YaruPanedView works? My problem is that I have all resizable widgets to scale their combined heights to match the parent (in my case I want to them to match the height of the desktop window), but still be resizable.

It's possible but you'll need to manage it inside a stateful widget that wraps the layout builder + resizable.
